Golden Years Fitness 

As a qualified CanFit Pro- Older Adult Specialist, you can be sure that Jennifer Malyk will design a safe & effective program for you. Together we set “realistic and obtainable” goals. She will work along with you (and your doctor if applicable) to make fitness fun, social, and meaningful to you and your quality of life.

Knock Knock Fitness implements an individualized exercise program through assessment, proper exercise instruction and personal motivation. The program is based on clients’ specific goals & needs. 

The initial 'meet and greet' 60min. consultation is to establish a relationship between the trainer and client. The consultation will consist of: general personal information, health & medical background, body composition, personal goals/needs/priorities, a review of current level of fitness & functioning, assessment, and an individualized program designed specifically for the client.

Once the program is developed and a schedule is set, all future sessions are to be 60 min. in length, and Jennifer will be knocking at your door ten minutes prior to the session.
